The hotel is in a convenient location in the pedestrian area, which makes it easy to access both the old town of Regusa and the upper town. It's perfect for shopping and dining out, offering a great experience overall. However, it can be a bit challenging to find the underground parking entrance.

The rooms could do with an update and appeared small, but they were clean and minimal. My room was situated at the end of the corridor.

The service was welcoming and helpful. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They even come round with a little red cash box to demand payment at the end of the meal for drinks, which was slightly unusual but efficient.

The hotel's location was okay for accessing my favorite town of the trip, Ragusa. It's on top of a very good architectural museum with a variety of good restaurants within walking distance.

The dining experience was satisfactory but not special. The breakfast had good choices, but they need to provide more larger cups for foreigners who prefer them. One day, there were none available as they had all been used.

Facilities

The hotel offered a variety of facilities, including room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, valet parking, and a shuttle service. The paid shuttle service was a convenient option for transportation.
